Refund policy

General Returns

Watch(es) purchased on maybrands-casio.com may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order provided that:

·       The watches are undamaged

·       That it has not been worn/used

·       Watch(es) are in their original packaging with all tags still attached.

Refunds

Refunds are made here at Casio only when conditions this policy are applied; however, exchanges can be made product is unused. Returns are free as long as the items are in their original condition.

Original Condition

Hygiene and customers’ safety are important to us and we will not accept any item that is altered.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 Working Days for all orders.

Refunds can be issued on the grounds of wrong product delivery by us or any defect that may arise from factory error.

Kindly log your request for the purchase to be returned for exchange or refund. You will be notified of the shipping details thereafter. Kindly understand that all items being returned need to be inspected PRIOR to confirmation of an exchange or refund. Please be advised that all returns processes take 5-7 working days.

All returns will be finalized within 7 working days from receipt.

Watches damaged in transit

Watches deemed as damaged in transit need to be logged as such on the website upon receipt of the watch to serve as notification of this issue.

Damaged in transit watch(es) need to be returned within 3-4 working days of receipt. Watch(es) deemed as damaged in transit will be returned at no cost to the customer and will be replaced.

Should we need to replace the damaged in transit watch(es), we will replace it for the same item ordered. Should there be no stock available an option for a refund will be offered.

Should you qualify for a refund, this will reflect within 5-7 working days after the return has been concluded.

Order Cancellations

A cancelled order is classified as any order that has not yet been assigned a tracking number. At this stage, an order can be cancelled and a full refund actioned if payment has not yet been made. Once a tracking number has been assigned to the order, you will then be liable for the shipping fee should you cancel the order at this point.
